SURF Convection

Sabbath Mode
A keep-warm function can be programmed to maintain 350°F temperature for up to 72 hours. Sabbath Mode is simple and convenient to set; use either the oven knob or the display touch screen.

These dual high-efficiency power burners use two sources—an internal flame and an external flame—to quickly go from boiling to searing, all with 25% more efficiency than conventional gas burners.
